for their family, culture, and the world.
Legacy Through Literature
It's surprising to me how many people don’t take the time to think about their legacy – what they will leave behind.
Webster’s dictionary defines legacy as, “anything handed down from the past, as from an ancestor or predecessor.” Legacy should not be restricted by age or time served. Legacy represents your works at each stage of your life.
If you were to evaluate the last 10 years of your life, what is the story you would tell others about your legacy?
If another told your story, would the same narrative hold true?
The stories of victories won and failures survived were once told during family reunions and Sunday dinners, but how we gather has changed, but the stories are still relevant.
